Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before signing in.

Terms of Service
GetPaidTonight.COM provides the following terms of service which all members must accept in order to join and participate in GetPaidTonight.COM. Members may complete offers provided by third-party advertisers in return for monetary compensation provided by GetPaidTonight.COM. These terms are subject to change by GetPaidTonight.COM at anytime without notice.

Third-Parties
GetPaidTonight.COM is not responsible for any content provided by Third-Parties and your participation in their programs is governed by their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. By default, GetPaidTonight.COM will not charge you for membership fees, however you must be aware that some third-party advertisers may require payment of some variety in order to complete their offer. Members will be solely responsible for any charges incurred by participation Third-Party programs.

Member Obligations
Members must agree to fulfill their obligations and accounts found to be in violation of these obligations will be removed without compensation or notice.
1.) Members must be at least 13 years of age and users under 18 must have parental consent.
2.) Members must provide valid and truthful information during all stages of membership at GetPaidTonight.COM and its third-party advertisers.
3.) Members must never participate in illegal activities with the intention of advertising or mentioning GetPaidTonight.COM. These activities include sending unsolicited email (SPAM).
4.) Members can only participate in the Program so long as they are in accordance with all federal, state, local, and all other applicable laws.
5.) Members must never use GetPaidTonight.COM and it's Program to participate in any fraudulent, illegal, or patently unethical activities.
6.) Members must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household.
7.) Members must not create more than one account per computer.
8.) Members must log in and use GetPaidTonight.COM on their own personal computer only. The use of a GetPaidTonight.COM account on a public or shared computer is grounds for disqualification.
9.) Accounts may not be transferred, exchanged, sold, or otherwise change ownership under any circumstances, except by GetPaidTonight.COM.

Payment
1.) Payment will generally be processed within 30 days upon request with no minimum payout.
2.) Payout for Free member can only be requested on last 10 days of every month (20th to 31st). The amount paid will be the earning/balance of previous month.
3.) Payout for Gold member can be requested any time. The amount paid will be the earning/balance of previous month.
4.) GetPaidTonight.COM makes no guarantee regarding the timeliness of payments in the event of interferences which affect GetPaidTonight.COM's ability to process payments. These interferences include but are not limited to late third-party payments and technical difficulties.
5.) GetPaidTonight.COM reserves the right to inspect each member's account activity before payment to verify the integrity of Member's activities. Any member found to be cheating or providing false information will not be paid and their membership in the Program terminated.
6.) Member's payments come from revenue generated by Third-Party advertisers. While GetPaidTonight.COM makes every effort to secure revenue generated, if, for any reason, an advertiser does not pay GetPaidTonight.COM, GetPaidTonight.COM reserves the right to withhold the member's share of said revenue.
7.) Certain fees apply for different cashout methods. Please refer to the account information page for specifics. Member is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with cashout receipt and use.

Referral
A "Referral" is defined as members who signs up for GetPaidTonight.COM at another member's direction or suggestion, whether via a referral link or no referred. Referrals must be unique and valid members. "Unique and valid" is defined as residing in a different household and using a different internet connection. Any user falsifying Referrals may be subject to any or all of the following: account termination, loss of earnings, and legal action. Members may not instruct their Referrals, or any other user, as to which offers to complete, nor assist them in completing offers. This is considered a "walk-through" and is strictly forbidden. A user may not sign up for an offer "on behalf" of another user. Members are responsible for the validity and eligibility of their Referrals. Users who generate large numbers of fraudulent Referrals, regardless of the method or intentions, will be subject to account termination and loss of earnings.

Non-Liable
GetPaidTonight.COM will not be liable for lost profits or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the GetPaidTonight.COM program, even if GetPaidTonight.COM has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Non-Commitment
GetPaidTonight.COM will at no time have any commitment toward any member, past or present. GetPaidTonight.COM may at anytime, for any reason, without or without notice, discontinue the Program for one or all of its members. After said discontinuation, GetPaidTonight.COM remains without commitment to any member, past or present, of the Program.

Account Termination
Members may request termination of their account by logging in and going to 'My Account'. Additionally, GetPaidTonight.COM may terminate all accounts found to be in violation of this Agreement, or inactive accounts. An inactive account is defined as an account that has not been accessed in 90 days.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold GetPaidTonight.COM and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your membership and/or participation in GetPaidTonight.COM, your use of the Program, your connection to the Program, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

Reserved Rights
GetPaidTonight.COM reserves the following rights:
1.) GetPaidTonight.COM reserves the right to deny payment for any legitimate reason.
2.) GetPaidTonight.COM reserves the right to disable any account for any reason.
3.) GetPaidTonight.COM will report fraudulent activities to the proper authorities.
4.) GetPaidTonight.COM reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any such update will be posted to this page.
5.) GetPaidTonight.COM reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GETPAIDTONIGHT.COM, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF GETPAIDTONIGHT.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES.
